I requested a time for drop-off; they provided a specific window and duration for repair. I dropped off my cell phone for a screen replacement and picked it up two hours later without any hassle. The gentlemen that work the shop are extremely welcoming. Great experience overall.
Great Place. I had a broken iPhone with a rare issue. Austin. was insanely knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately it could not be repaired here so I had to go to the dreaded apple store. The guy who worked there for 11 years had no clue so I called and put Austin on the phone and he still was generous enough to explain the issue to the "titled" GENIUS. It's amazing how much more helpful this store was than apple. Thank you again.
Incredible cheap for good, fast repairs the same screen repair at apple would be two to three times the price, and take much longer very satisfied with my experience here:))
